Book a walkthroughSchool membership is checked on the server. Teachers see assigned classes; families see linked children. Drafts are private to their author. Published group stories are shared with the families shown before publication; family comments are further scoped to the relevant children.
Uploaded media uses protected storage and an authorised access route. Sharing attachments requires permission for each child in the observation. Legal guardians can withdraw permission; that blocks family access to those attachments.
Verify hosting location, UAE regulatory obligations, school data agreements, retention and deletion schedules, backup recovery and incident response. Regional hosting and legal compliance are not implied by any setting in Namaa. No advertising trackers or child-facing AI are included.
